Not sure which to choose? Many brands start with white label to test demand with a small order, then move to private label as they grow. We can help you plan that path.

White Label Knitwear

White label means you select styles from our existing collection and we make them with your labels, tags and packaging.

Why brands choose it:

  • Fastest route from idea to finished product
  • Lower MOQ and lower upfront investment
  • Proven designs, so no development time
  • Ideal for boutiques, online stores and seasonal collections

Private Label Knitwear

Private label means we manufacture products designed specifically for your brand: your styles, your specifications, your identity.

Why brands choose it:

  • A product competitors cannot copy from a catalog
  • Control over fit, yarn, gauge, color and finishing
  • A stronger brand story and higher perceived value
  • A foundation for a signature collection

Materials for Your Label

Choose the fiber that fits your brand, customer and price point:

  • Cashmere and Chyangra pashmina: luxury softness for premium lines
  • Yak wool: warm, durable and distinctive
  • Merino wool: fine, breathable and easy to wear
  • Alpaca wool: lightweight and silky
  • Sheep wool: classic and affordable
  • Blends: available on request to balance feel, performance and cost
  • Felted wool shoes: handcrafted footwear to complete your range

All knitwear is made from certified Grade A yarn.

Products We Make Under Your Brand

  • Sweaters and pullovers
  • Cardigans
  • Scarves, shawls and wraps
  • Beanies and gloves
  • Loungewear and blankets
  • Felted shoes and slippers

Your Brand, Fully Integrated

Your product should look like it came from your brand, not ours. We apply:

  • Labels: woven main labels, care and composition labels, size labels
  • Tags: hang tags, swing tags and brand story cards
  • Branding details: embroidered logos, if you want them
  • Packaging: polybags, tissue paper, boxes, dust bags and branded inserts

How the Process Works

White Label

  1. Choose styles, colors and sizes from our catalog.
  2. Send your logo and brand details for labels, tags and packaging.
  3. Approve a branded sample.
  4. Confirm the order and pay the deposit.
  5. Production, quality checks and packing with your branding applied.
  6. Export: documentation and shipping to your destination.

Private Label

  1. Share your brief: concept, target customer, fiber and quantity.
  2. Design development: tech pack, yarn and gauge selection.
  3. Sampling and refinement until the fit and look are right.
  4. Pre-production approval of the final sample with your branding.
  5. Bulk production with quality checks at each stage.
  6. Packing and export to your destination.

Typical timelines: white label about 6 to 8 weeks from order to shipment, private label about 8 to 12 weeks including sampling, depending on style and quantity.

Low MOQ for Growing Brands

Many manufacturers ask for large orders that a new brand can’t afford. Our minimums are built for brands that want to test, learn and grow.

Quality, Certification and Confidentiality

  • Certified fibers: our Chyangra pashmina is certified for authenticity, and every order uses certified Grade A yarn.
  • Quality control: checks at each stage, from yarn inspection to knitting, finishing, label placement and final inspection before packing.
  • Documentation: certificates and composition details are available on request.
  • Design confidentiality: we can sign an NDA on request. Private label designs are exclusive to you and are never produced for other clients.

Export and Shipping

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we handle duties and taxes as well. Available on request for selected destinations.
  • FCA Kathmandu: your forwarder collects the goods from us and you arrange the freight.
